HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VIRTUAL EVENT EXPERIENCE

Here is a brief overview of how this virtual environment works:

MY PROFILE
We have already entered some of your information, including your name and email address. For your security, please change your password at this time. Feel free to add additional information such as your website address, job title, biographical information, and country. Please be sure to upload an image of yourself - this image will also appear in any session listings for which you are a speaker. When you have finished, please click “Update”, and please click "View My Profile" to confirm your information has been entered correctly.
Click on the Onsite/Online button to change if you are attending the conference in person or virtually.

SCHEDULE
The schedule provides the list of sessions throughout the event, by day or by Room. This location will also be the place where you can go back and view recorded content on demand. Please click the On Demand tab to view the On Demand videos prior to the event.
To watch during the live sessions, click on the Watch Live button toward the top of the Home Page and on the top right of the Schedule, and choose which Room. This will launch the video player.
Once the video player has launched, as long as there is a session running, you can watch the session live. You will see that you have several controls at the bottom of your player window:
1. Full-screen button – Makes the player full screen.
2. Swap screen button – Allows you to switch which screen displays in the large window and the smaller window.
3. Chat – Chat with your fellow attendees.
4. Ask A Question – Submit your questions for speakers.
5. Question Mark button – Launches help page pop-up window.


SPEAKERS
This area provides access to more information about the session speakers by simply clicking on the speaker's image to learn more about them.

SPONSORS
This area provides access to more information about the sponsors by simply clicking on the logo to learn more about them.

EXHIBIT HALL
View the Exhibit Hall for a map of the floor plan, with links to the Sponsor booths.

EVENT INFO
This area provides information about the event for both in-person and virtual attendees.

RESOURCES

This area provides access to view the resources by clicking on the resource to learn more.

NETWORKING
This will open up the Networking space, where you can chat with other attendees in chat rooms, you can also have one-on-one video chats with individual participants. Please view the Networking Guide for more instructions.

ATTENDEES SECTION
In the Attendees section, you can find all of the registered attendees. You can click on their icon to visit their My Profile page to learn more about them.

LEADERBOARD
This will tell you who has had the most participation in the virtual environment. Points are awarded based on your participation and engagement. The more you explore and engage with the virtual environment, the more points you receive!

QR SCANNER
Onsite attendees may scan the QR code on each others’ badge to get contact information instantly. Sponsors may also scan attendees’ badges for instant contact information. Take notes, save favorites, and see your contacts under My Profile. Attendees can choose to share email address, phone number, or both, and change what other information attendees can see at any time. Please see the guide for more information.
