Dr. Frederick Chang, DO, MMM, FHM is a clinical informaticist who trained at the University of Arizona/Banner Health Clinical Informatics Fellowship.

Dr. Chang is also a board-certified family physician who practices hospitalist medicine. His fellowship at University of Arizona emphasized projects regarding healthcare resource utilization through the National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C) database and clinical decision support work at Banner Health. He also spent time at AHCCCS where he worked on data metrics in the framework of the local health information exchange. His interests are guided by leveraging technology to improve patient and provider experience in healthcare.
