Bill Marella is Vice President of Value-Based Care and Data Analytics at HealthShareExchange, an HIE serving a population of 12 million in the Greater Philadelphia region. He has 25 years’ experience as a consultant to healthcare payers, providers, and government in healthcare quality, patient safety, and evidence-based medicine. Bill led HealthShare’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, greatly expanding data sharing in the region to address public health goals. Prior to joining HSX, Bill served as Executive Director of the ECRI Institute Patient Safety Organization.
