Tracy Tobin is passionate about finding innovative solutions to data workflows. She is an Informaticist/Data Analyst working for the CDC Foundation supporting the Department of Health and Social Services for the State of Alaska with their data modernization efforts. Tracy has a strong background in microbiology, research, and data analysis with a decade of professional experience working in private industry, academic, and clinical laboratories. She holds a Professional Science Masters in Applied Biosciences, Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, and Data Analytics and Visualization Certificate from the University of Arizona, as well as a Clinical Microbiology Laboratory Science certificate through the University of North Dakota and is a certified Microbiology Technologist through the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
