Timi Leslie, director of Connecting for Better Health (C4BH), has worked for more than 20 years with healthcare policy organizations, IT providers, and consulting firms. With her “inside the beltway” experience at federal healthcare agencies, Leslie provides a unique combination of expertise in both national and California health care policy and regulation. In early 2021, Leslie helped stand up C4BH, a coalition of stakeholders dedicated to improving health data sharing across California. As director of C4BH, Leslie closely monitors health information exchange policy and the data sharing landscape in California. She leads C4BH’s efforts to educate policy makers and C4BH participants on data-sharing best practices and the latest developments in California.
