Ms. Thomas has worked in digital health strategy and implementation for the past 12 years. Rachel leverages her experience from leading Epic enterprise implementations for large integrated health systems, as well as her passion for data and analytics to support clients in transforming their organizations to achieve their strategic goals and better serve their patients and communities.
Rachel earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and spent the first 2 years of her career in social services, managing youth and community programs at the YMCA - Greater Twin Cities. She joined Epic in 2010 to lead Enterprise implementations at Epic Systems for the next 8 years. Rachel concurrently ran staff operations for Epic’s ED, Urgent Care, and Care Everywhere implementation teams and provided pre-implementation strategy and planning expertise to new domestic and international clients. Rachel then joined Clearsense to lead their healthcare client implementations, helping organizations leverage their scalable data platform for real-time clinical, operational, and financial insights.
Now based in Houston, Rachel leads findhelp’s Customer Success team. She has the honor of using her experience within healthcare and direct social service to strategically guide healthcare organizations and nonprofits on leveraging findhelp’s social care referral network to connect seekers to the help they need, with dignity and ease.
