Rachel Heinz is a nurse and public health professional passionate about improving our health care system at a systems level. As a clinical informaticist at CyncHealth, Rachel is working to improve how we address social determinants of health through data analysis and the growth of our social determinants of health platform. Prior to joining CyncHealth, Rachel used her Master of Public Health and Bachelor of Nursing in various positions focused on public health, behavioral health, and women’s health.
