Paul Brannan is an experienced health technology executive with over 25 years of expertise. Before joining Briljent as a Health IT Consultant, he held various positions with the State of Alabama Medicaid Agency, including Health Information Technology Coordinator and Director of the One Health Record® HIE program for the state. Paul’s areas of expertise include Project Management, Health Information Exchange, Business Processes, Analytical Skills, Government, Medicaid, and IT Strategy. He is a certified Project Management Professional with a BS from Auburn University at Montgomery.
