Matthew Isiogu oversees Contexture’s state government initiatives in Arizona and Colorado. Contexture is a nonprofit, regional organization that provides strategic, technical and administrative support to communities committed to advancing health through information sharing. As the umbrella organization of CORHIO, a health information exchange in Colorado, and Health Current, the Arizona health information exchange, Contexture is the largest health information organization in the Western region.
Prior to joining Contexture, Isiogu served as assistant director of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), where he managed $18 billion in Medicaid programs serving more than 2 million members. He also served as finance manager for the Arizona Department of Economic Security and budget and policy analyst for the State Budget Office of Michigan. He's a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in political theory and constitutional democracy.
