He was formerly President, CEO of HealthEC, a consulting and solutions provider of products for ACO's , Population Health, HIE's, web portals, EMR and Transactional platforming and served on the board of directors; SVP Global Healthcare Practice Lead for Virtusa Corp. a global delivery provider of consulting and technology solutions; EVP for the American Dental Association Business Enterprises Inc. (ADABEI), the for-profit subsidiary of the ADA where he oversaw new product development; CEO of Claredi Corporation of Salt Lake City, UT; and President, CEO of the Medical Banking Exchange LLC (MBEXX) of Oklahoma City, OK. He has 10+ years leading healthcare professional services organizations including: PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Covansys, SAIC and others. He has 30+ years in the health insurance industry in leadership roles including: Aetna, Travelers, MassMutual and CT Mutual. He has lead development of the HIPAA transactional and privacy and security standards and provisions as chair of ASC X12N; and Chair of the WEDI. He is also on the board of IFFS Eldercare, an eldercare independent living consulting entity; board member of Safe Identity; board member of Discover Alliance; Senior Advisor to Perthera, a Precision Medicine company; and former board member of ADABEI, HealthEC, DirectTrust and others. He was named a top 50 HIT executive by Modern Healthcare for 3 years consecutively.
